Out of all the ingredients in the 3 brands of milk chocolate i chose, they have to be good for you or bad. Well I learned that everything is ok for you if you take it in small proportions, but some things are just plain BAD for you!!!!!!!!

You need calories to live but too much can make you fat! Fat can clog your arteries and then u could have a heart attack so eating calories are also ok in proportions. Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, ans Iron are good for you though.
