But Which One Is The Healthiest!?!
You may love chocolate but eating so much of it can be really unhealthy! I want to see which one is the healthiest. I picked 3 brands of chocolate to test, Lindt, Hershey, and Cadbury. Im going to look at all the ingredients for each kind of chocolate, research what each kind of ingredient is, and then based on what i researched, i will come up with my conclusion. To make my results fair, im going to use the same type of chocolate for my research. I will use milk chocolate.
Hypothesis!
This is my hypothesis for which chocolate is the healthiest one for you..... :
I dont think Hershey is the best for you because it doesn't taste very good, so there is probably chemicals in it that are suppose to make it taste good, but it doesn't work. I'm not sure about Lindt or Cadburry, but i think Lindt is probably the best because it tastes the most natural. Cadburry is delicious but it tastes very rich so i think there may be an ingredient in it that makes it taste so good but isn't good for you. There might be a lot of sugar or fat.

I classify healthy with the following: the one that is the most organic and natural, the one that has the least trans fat and saturated fat, the one that has none or the least amount of bad chemicals in it. The chocolate bar with the least amount of cholesterol and sodium. Oh and the least amount of calories too.

Out of all the ingredients in the 3 brands of milk chocolate i chose, they have to be good for you or bad. Well I learned that everything is ok for you if you take it in small proportions, but some things are just plain BAD for you!!!!!!!!

Conclusion!!!!!!!!
I compared all my information and this is what i have found out.................
When i compared the vitamin a and vitamin c and calcium and iron, i came to the conclusion that Lindt chocolate is the healthiest for you because it has some of everything. The others may have more in one kind but i think its better to have a variety of different vitamins and things like that, because too much of one thing is bad for you. Most things are good for you in moderation.
When i compared the calories and the calories from fat i came to the conclusion that Cadburry chocolate is the best choice for you to eat if your going for the healthy option! I came to this conclusion because even though Cadburry has more calories than Hershey, its only by one measly calorie and they have the same calories from fat so thats why its better for you!
When i compared saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbs., dietary fiber, sugars,and protein, i came to the conclusion that Cadburry chocolate is definately the better choice for a healthy delicious snack! I chose Cadburry as my conclusion because i looked at the numbers for each of the things i listed above and i looked at my post about which ones are good and bad and ok im proportion and i came to the conclusion that Cadburry milk chocolate is the best when you compare these things.
Out of all of my conclusions, my overall conclusion is:
Cadburry milk chocolate is the healthiest chocolate out of Lindt milk chocolate and Hershey milk chocolate!
